Daily trading journal. Slow is fast. Process over prediction. Positional/Swing, Stage Analysis.
Not investment advice — conviction is earned, not assumed.
@iamankitpande EVs usage for now should be restricted within radius 100-200 kms of your house..
Also EVs require lifestyle changes.. anyone buying it should first know that and then decide if it fits within their current lifestyle..
2 Charts to keep under radar
1) US 10 yr bond
2) UKOIL
A Lot of market behaviour can be understood from this.
Third is your Portfolio. If it starts showing signs of improvement. You will know a short term reversal is around the corner or vice versa.
@AnkurPatel59 My reasons are
1) Price is below MAs
2) MAs are sloping downwards
3) Volumes are not great
4) Although it is not in the chart. But looking at structure in general RS will be flat or sloping downwards
Nothing much happening in the market. Just a dull phase of Stage 3.
1) Extended stocks are retracing.
2) New breakouts aren't getting follow-through.
3) Weaker pockets continue to underperform.
Market direction — a lot of it will be decided by breadth and the UKOil chart.
Market can head into Stage 2 or Stage 4. Not predicting anything. Cut losses quickly.
@RichardMoglen Tom Basso, David Ryan, Stan Weinstein, Jim Roppel and Mark Minervini
Cannot get enough from them.. Every single conversation with these greats are life lessons..
@volklub@HondaCarIndia Ideally this car should cost between 20-25 Lacs..
So much duties and protectionism to buy lesser technically competent Tata & Mahindra
In current market conditions, things to remember:
1) Cash is also a position.
2) If you must venture into stocks, go with reduced position size.
3) Stick only to Strong RS stocks.
4) Cut losses quickly.
5) Have an exit plan before you enter, not after.
6) Most important — journal your trade.
Discipline over conviction right now. But I can be wrong.
Gap between 98 and 101 on UKOIL.
If price heads to fill this gap, we may see further deterioration in market breadth.
Breadth indicators already aren't great.
No need to be a cowboy in this market. Cut losses quickly.
Position size decides how much a trade can hurt you. Not the stock. Not the setup.
Formula stays simple — Risk per trade ÷ (Entry − Stop).
Best setup with wrong size still wrecks your account. Get this right before anything else.
Same setup, same rules — different outcome depending on what's going on around you.
Tired. Distracted. Overconfident after a win streak. All of it changes how you execute.
Know your state before you take the trade. The chart isn't the only variable.
Curiosity breeds investment ideas.
Your next idea might be sitting right around you. Take a chance and look.
Following up on the China AI summit today. Reading as much as I can online.
Happy Sunday.
@JayneshKasliwal Taxes & fees are external factors. Win-rate itself is a factor that requires skill development.
You can't control the first. You can only get better at the second.
Weekend Homework
Scan charts of all listed stocks on NSE.
Bookmark Stage 2 stocks with rising RS.
Build your watchlist from that bookmark list.
