@godfrriend @barandbench By that logic, pet dogs should never bite. But they do bite & kill including their owners.
Dogs are genetically programmed to hunt just like a wild animal. The only difference is that other species are stopped from creating menace whereas the dog mafia forces them to hunt people.

@Punit_Pania Whatever may be the reason, they created a blind spot for the lawyers and judges in the constitution. Selection of judges, allotment of cases to them, etc all the system is fully opaque & corrupt.
