Crossroads, TX ‘s Whataburger needs to get their sh*t together. Ordered ahead had to wait 30 minutes after the order was to be ready watching the drive thru get their orders. Then the lady who brought it out basically threw my order at me. @Whataburger #whataburger

@louisvillecat @AmericanAir I bet you are right! I’m sure he has a private jet. Because over the past 24 flights my husband has taken maybe one or two were actually on time.

@John_Holmes01 @AmericanAir This is exactly how we feel. They can’t seem to leave on time no matter what. First flight of the day? Delayed. Afternoon flight? Delayed. Evening flight? Delayed. Red eye? Delayed!
