Good news! The core team has confirmed that there will be no further delays to the Mainnet launch. Even if Condition 3 (100 applications) isn’t fully met yet, the launch won’t be delayed. They are closely monitoring the situation and external factors. 💡

We've released the Grace Period algorithms to refine timer pauses based on system blocks. Now, the timer will be much more accurate in pausing for Pioneers who experience the system blocks justified for pauses, reducing unnecessary pauses. Additionally, we've introduced a new feature for Pioneers to report the steps they're stuck on: when the timer is active in the Mainnet Checklist, Pioneers can click on the “I need help with my checklist completion” link to report.

Remember: Sept 30 is the first deadline of Grace Period—Submit your KYC by then and remind your teams to do the same!

The first deadline of the Grace Period for submitting KYC applications has been extended to November 30, 2024. This extension gives Pioneers more time to complete KYC, while the final deadline of Grace Period to complete Mainnet migration remains unchanged on December 31, 2024.

Pi Node Version 0.5.0 has been released, a major update preparing Nodes for the Mainnet blockchain. This update transitions Nodes to the Testnet2 blockchain, simulating the Mainnet environment and testing the switch between Testnet and Mainnet blockchains. The original Testnet will remain active for now but will soon close for Node use. Original Testnet will continue functioning as normal for Pioneers and Pi app developers. https://t.co/3UP04MtTS6
