MCP runs code → same input, same output. Always.
Skills guide thinking → "here's how to judge quality."

Code catches what's missing.
Skills teach what "good" looks like.

🔬 Ran a lengthy experiment: gave the same question to GPT-5.2, Gemini 3.0 pro, Claude opus 4.5.

Added emotional keywords ("severe punishment").

**Same facts. All models flipped from correct →wrong.**

2️⃣ Section Completeness: Must cover D3-D7
3️⃣ Hallucination Detection: Flag uncertain phrases like "maybe", "probably"
4️⃣ Sensitive Info Filter: Detect phone numbers, IDs

Studied NVIDIA's Colang (NeMo Guardrails).

It has 4 core modules:
1️⃣ Intent Normalization
2️⃣ Dialogue Flow (State Machine)
3️⃣ Input Guardrails
4️⃣ Output Guardrails

These 4 modules = how to make LLM safe + deterministic.

Turns out... the AI industry calls it "Guardrails".

🔑 Lesson learned:

Sometimes the best AI feature is NOT more intelligence.
It's LESS hallucination.

Input Quality Gate ensures:
- Data completeness before processing
- No forced output on bad info
- "I need more" responses

Boring? Yes. Effective? Absolutely.
