@AmazonUK customer support used to be fab. Now its just horrific. Their delivery driver stubbed his cigarette out on my door and after 2 months I'm still no further forward to resolving it. They promise call backs that never happen and just send the same copy paste responses.
@AmazonHelp I've done that. I'm guessing you simply referred it to the lobotomised clowns in your shipping and delivery support team as they keep sending me the same email over and over.
A few weeks ago an @AmazonUK delivery driver stubbed his cigarette out on my front door. Being UPVC the only solution is a new door. Apparently @amazon think offering me £200 is enough to cover the damage. Absolutely no care or customer service these days!
@AmazonHelp This is still no further forward! I was called by "Ivan" of @amazonuk on Friday assured me someone would contact me within 24 hours. I've not received any call and every email I send receives an identical response supposedly from someone else.
@AmazonUK Amazon's support email footer is "Your feedback is helping us build Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company." I'd say you've got a hell of a long way to go yet!
And so it continues, @AmazonUK support messaged me asking for the details so they could investigate. They passed it to someone who said I need to deal with their outsourced claims company who I've been dealing with for nearly 2 months, are slow to reply and have offered £200.
@AmazonUK Their outsourced claims company @arcclaims take days if not weeks to respond each time. And when I told them their joke of an offer wasn't good enough they told me to claim on my home insurance instead.
@piersmorgan The top news article of today should be the revelation that @piersmorgan can show empathy as well as his usual moral superiority and nastiness! 😮
