@binaryape@herbivore_club I didn't say vegans can't produce blood, just that anemia is more common in vegans, and that plant protein and haemoglobin are not as easily absorbed as animal protein and haemoglobin.
@VeganMags@herbivore_club "Morals" like disrupting people's lives, making a mess of people's property and blocking their vehicles when they are on the way to a medical emergency because you want to force them into agreeing with you #vegans#protests. Very ethical indeed.
@RiseLikeLions_X ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ That's not how it works buddy. That's because VitB12 deficiency isn't as life threatening as Heart disease and HBP. You need to look at prevalence in the community too. Hilarious when people misunderstand stats and science.
@curlyxvegan@herbivore_club I can list many other health disorders but twitter has a character limit. Just because a select group of vegans say they don't have some ailment doesn't mean that's the case for all populations of vegans. I can find a group made of all twins, doesn't mean all births are twins.
@WillowWind64@Jijasd@herbivore_club Iron from animal sources is easier to absorb than plant. I can list many other health problems apart from BD and anemia, but twitter has a character limit. Either go study it yourself at a university and not from social media or provide us with your own peer reviewed studies.
@IraninSKorea Oh really? Then post a photo of her in South Korea and in Iran with the other members of the team. I also want to see a photo of her at home.
@swamplady100@SilverSypitzki@herbivore_club Yes, like all vegans/hippies/Facebook mums, the lady at the store/next door is more trustworthy than any scientist or doctor. You can cherry pick a few examples, there are people who smoke and never get lung cancer but statistics based in the overall population don't lie.
@heater4feeters I feel for your baby then. But, biology is one of the world's most fascinating things, exceptional things happen. People can be born with 6 fingers, doesn't make it the norm. Maybe if they eat a lot of spinach, they can become Popeye. Just don't get kidney stones in the process.
@herbivore_club Again, your language only proves that your kind are extremists and make us hate you more. You don't see so much hate from a normal eater, it's disruptive protests and awful language from radicals like you that prove you guys don't do any real world good.
@Micah468420830 @local_debedeb Humans were always & first & foremost, carnivores before they were omnivores. Our digestive system proves it. You survive because you have food to eat, and your ancestors ate meat first. Perhaps something written for a general audience may enlighten you: https://t.co/FsJez5aDfQ
@Micah468420830 @local_debedeb "I choose to be vegan because it makes me feel great and I love animals and care for our planet." Exactly the mindset of ignorant vegans. Making yourself feel good is all you are doing, because that's all that matters right? You're not saving the planet.
@herbivore_club 2/2 Go study some medicine or basic biology before you tell others they are wrong. Your @herbivore_club comment just proves how ignorant hippy activists and vegans truly are. Just cause you throw around trending words doesn't mean you know what you are talking about.
@herbivore_club 1/2 Breast milk is a protein produced from the blood of the mother, which requires haemoglobin to be made, which comes from meat. You also need essential amino acids, essential meaning you cannot derive that from diet, so baby formula will not contain those.
@angeywatson Normal people, is there a way to block images of #vegan and #glutenfree food? It really upsets me when I see people misunderstand what gluten free is and that it's for coeliacs, and to see all the plants they killed for that one Instagrammable shot of a pathetic bruschetta.
@local_debedeb 2/2 was super pissed to find out I paid $10 for a few rice cakes instead of real scallops. These type of companies then bathe in the self bestowed glory of saving the planet, by killing several acres of plants at a time.
@local_debedeb You know what's the worst? Brands that make fake meat and try to hide that fact that it's not meat. Sophie's Kitchen is an example, bought their product once because their packaging did not say it wasn't real seafood, misleadingly advertised it as seafood and 1/2
@Micah468420830 @local_debedeb But it's just plants in another form and won't to keep you any fuller. If you "crave" vegan meat, what you're really saying is you crave the added salt, flavoring, fat & texture of real meat, something humans always ate. Hunter gatherers ate meat first, you're meant to meat meat.
