A model API isn't a personal agent.
A real personal agent needs to know who it's working for, what it's allowed to do, how to get things done, and what to remember.
Building all of that from scratch shouldn't be the price of entry.
Meet Qoni — the infrastructure for building personal agents of your own.
We bring three essential foundations together:
Identity — GenAuth
Give agents an identity, permissions, and an audit trail. Know who's acting on whose behalf.
Action — Web Agent
Give agents the ability to work across web apps, do research, and run scheduled tasks. We handle the browser infrastructure.
Memory — GUMem
Give agents useful long-term context, without making users explain themselves over and over.
Qoni builds on our work at Authing, Fellou, and in knowledge graph research. @EazoAI already runs on this foundation.
Now we're opening it up for others to build on.
For your customers. Your team. Your family. Or yourself.
We don't think the future of personal AI should be something you can only subscribe to. It should be something you can build.
Get in. Get it done. Remember.
Watch what we've built. Then tell us: what would you build?

@Audrey_Piexi That’s fair. Qoni records what an agent did, who it acted for, and whether it had permission, with access you can revoke anytime. The family app still needs to make those records easy to read, and we agree that matters just as much as keeping them.

The “alerts stopped” bit is so real...how often does that quietly become “problem solved”? That’s the kind of context we’d love to help builders keep around with Qoni.
What would you want an agent to remember from your team’s last incident?🧐
"Every engineering team has someone who remembers why the timeout is set to that weird value.
The ticket says “resolved.” That person remembers it was a Friday workaround, the real cause was never confirmed, and there’s a particular load pattern that might bring it back.
A better model doesn’t automatically get access to any of that. Someone has to build a product that makes the context available and useful during the next incident.
Qoni is interesting to me at that level. It offers hosted identity, action, and memory infrastructure for people building agents. There’s still a lot of work in deciding what a debugging assistant should retain and how it should use it.
But that’s work an engineering-tool builder should be spending time on. They understand why “we verified the fix” and “the alerts stopped” need different treatment.
Eazo is the first product on Qoni. I’d like to see what a team with years of painful incident reviews builds on the same foundation. @dominicy0

A company can give everyone access to the dashboard and still have one analyst who has to explain it.
Access to the numbers was never the whole problem. Someone needs to know when the tracking changed, which comparison is misleading, and why last week’s revenue was revised.
That’s why I think analytics agents will be harder to build well than their demos suggest. Querying the data is one part. Carrying enough context into the next question is another.
Qoni’s hosted identity, action, and memory infrastructure addresses some of the underlying work of building an ongoing agent. It doesn’t supply the business knowledge. The team building the analytics product still has to do that.
That division makes sense to me. I’d want an analytics founder spending more time on how people interpret numbers and less on infrastructure every agent company needs.
Eazo is the first product built on Qoni. I’m curious what happens when that foundation is used by builders whose expertise is a particular kind of work. @dominicy0
#qoni #eazo #personalagent
Yeah, that poor analyst ends up being everyone’s memory😅... That’s something we want Qoni to help with: keeping their explanations around, with a way to check and correct them later.
Would love to hear which questions keep coming back❤️come chat in our Discord: https://t.co/mxiPEdM2UW
Your next move shouldn’t be dictated by what worked for someone else.
With Qoni, builders can choose their own models and shape the experience around what their users actually want to achieve.
@EazoAI takes that idea into everyday software, helping you turn a specific need into an app, even if you’re the only person who needs it.
Two creators can use the same model, publish on the same platform, and need completely different advice about what to make next.
One needs another reliable sponsor-friendly video this month. The other is trying to stop making the format that made them successful. Their numbers could look almost identical.
Whoever builds their planning agent has to understand that difference. And I’d rather that person spend their time figuring it out than rebuilding the same underlying services every other agent needs.
That’s why Qoni’s approach interests me: hosted identity, action, and memory, with the actual product decisions left to the builder.
Those decisions are substantial. What counts as progress? How much should past performance influence the next recommendation? When should the agent leave an idea alone?
Eazo is one product on that foundation. There’s room for others with very different answers. The infrastructure can be shared without every personal agent developing the same opinion about how we should work. @dominicy0
#qoni #eazo #personalagent
This is why we’re building both.
Eazo turns personal needs into apps people can use every day.
Qoni provides the identity, action and memory underneath, with those same foundations available to developers building their own personal agents.
There’s room for a lot more builders here.✨
1M+ views. One idea struck a nerve.
On Oct 8, @dominicy0 shared a vision for personal agents:
“The chat box was AI’s demo. It shouldn’t be its final form.”
With Eazo, you describe a need and create an app around it. Then you open it, tap, and use it every day.
A learning app for your child. A tool for your daily routine. Something made for the way you live.
That’s the future we’re building: personal agents that turn your needs into apps you can actually use.
Thanks to everyone who watched, shared, and challenged the idea. Now help us put it to the test.
Try https://t.co/XokQa8GnRL and show us what you create.
Especially if it’s bad. Tell us what needs to get better.
A creator’s sponsorship spreadsheet is a pretty detailed product spec. The catch is that its market might be one person.
That matters when you’re deciding whether to build an agent around it. The workflow might be valuable enough to automate, but not valuable enough to justify a whole software project.
Then the scope starts growing. The agent needs to know who it’s working for, take actions, and keep context between sessions. None of that is unique to sponsorships, but somebody still has to build it.
That’s the opportunity I see for Qoni’s hosted identity, action, and memory infrastructure. Reduce the repeated setup, and more of these small, specific agents might become worth building.
Eazo is the first product built on it.
I’m interested in what other builders would make for the workflows they know intimately, the ones too small to pitch as a startup, but annoying enough to deal with every week. @dominicy0
#qoni #eazo #personalagent
This is why we’re building Qoni: to take the identity, web action, and memory setup off a builder’s plate. If that makes a tool worth building for just one person’s weekly headache, that matters to us.😊 We’d love to hear more about that sponsorship workflow in our Discord: https://t.co/mxiPEdM2UW
“Didn’t I already tell you that?” gets old fast😅
With Qoni, your agent can carry your preferences into the next task and get things done across web apps, with permissions you control. That’s the kind of continuity we’re building for.
One thing I’d love from personal AI is not having to explain my preferences and workflow every single time.
That’s why https://t.co/4NwhOj8yhy’s focus on identity, action, and memory caught my attention. An agent that remembers context and can actually get things done feels much closer to a real assistant.
#qoni #eazo #personalagent
@Logical_Girll Exactly, Qoni brings identity, web actions, and long-term memory together through one SDK. We handle the infrastructure so you can spend more time making your agent useful.
Drop by our Discord and tell us what you’re building 👋 https://t.co/X7WpCxbzt6
Maybe personal AI agents don’t need to be smarter at everything.
Maybe they just need to remember, act, and know their boundaries.
That’s what https://t.co/9AgNY7wDcu is building around:
↳ Give agents their own identity and permissions
↳ Let them work across web apps
↳ Give them memory that lasts beyond one conversation
I like this direction because it focuses on what makes an AI agent genuinely useful in everyday life.
#qoni #eazo #personalagent
Yep, Qoni gives agents their own identity with permissions you can actually control! They can get things done across web apps and remember context, so you’re not explaining everything again tomorrow.
Come hang in our Discord and tell us what you’d hand off first 👀 https://t.co/mxiPEdM2UW
“I’ll know it when I see it” is a reasonable place to start.
You can want an app without knowing how to write a product spec or describe a visual style. Eazo will help you figure that out.
These screenshots show how Eazo handles it: one request, six different directions to choose from.
Picking a direction is still a decision. You just don’t need to become a product manager to make it.
How many “bad prompts” are actually tools asking too much of people?
Your app idea shouldn’t need a 20-message explanation.
“Build me a profile card with editable tags, swappable photos, and a 3D head I can rotate.”
With Eazo, that becomes an interactive app. Add your tags. Swap your photo. Spin the portrait.
You don’t need a perfect spec before you start. You can decide what to change with the app already in front of you.
Chat to create. Tap to use.
That’s our vision for personal agents: turning what you have in mind into something you can put in someone’s hands.
