TOUR! The Dorothy Quincy Homestead, a National Historic Landmark, will be open for tours on Aug. 19, 11 am to 2 pm at 34 Butler Rd. Quincy, MA, featuring a spinning demonstration by Zoe Lawson. Four Quincy family generations, inc. Dorothy Quincy, wife of John Hancock, lived here.

Sunday, September 5. John Adams is happy to be home!! Come meet "John" as he talks to visitors about his trip home from France and his work drafting the Massachusetts Constitution. He will be welcoming visitors to his home at 133 Franklin St, Quincy, MA from 10 AM to 4 PM.
Spend some time outdoors this weekend at Nut Island! The waterfront greenspace offers walking paths and a beautiful view of the Boston Harbor Islands. It serves as a picture perfect picnic spot and is an ideal area to bike with young kids or to play in the sunshine with your dog.
