Beyond excited about this news today. Congratulations to everyone nominated and all who are a player in this space. This year will be the 5 year anniversary of The Kolosseum Studios. Although we started this in 2020, the team behind the Kolosseum has been doing this kind of work for much longer. We have been building productions, running brackets, pressing buttons on broadcast, casting epic matches, and kicking people out who play on WiFi for closer to a decade and even longer for some (@MistaAquaman). These guys sacrifice their free time to put on a show for the best community in competitive gaming. They really put in the work and they do it with a lot of passion that is driven by this shared love for the game and competition. I’m talking specifically about everyone who has been involved with The Kolosseum over the years but a lot of these values are shared across the FGC. I hope we continue to see this kind of recognition for online tournaments in the years to come. Please vote The Kolosseum for Best Online Series. Vote here: https://t.co/GU45FUlhgc Thank You 💙
Any PlayStation game purchased digitally after March's sytem update will reportedly now require an internet connection once every 30 days to validate the license 🎮
If the console stays offline longer than that, the games will not launch until you reconnect

Let’s be honest, streamers buy whatever the “what all the cool people use” product is all the time. I don’t understand why everyone had to go out and buy the SM7B for a Twitch stream. LED strip or whatever the triangle lights are. The gaming chairs. There are so many products out there that streamers absolutely over pay for. That’s not to say that these two products aren’t great products but I find it funny what streamers latch on to, like the GoXLR.
I’m a fan of Phil Spencer, I think he really did an incredible job with Xbox. I think Microsoft was probably pushing back a lot these past years. I want to be optimistic but honestly this feels like the first domino to fall.
