$TGTX Fun fact: Right before Sumitomo announced it's original offer for $MYOV in 2022, short interest increased 10.83%.
September 15, 2022 - 3,286,759
September 30, 2022 - 3,642,652
That's an increase of 355,893 shares, or 10.83%.
Dumb shorts.
$TGTX Looks like Roche should rename Fenebrutinib as Fenelivertoxinib. After reading comments online, it doesn’t seem like much of a threat. Let’s keep in mind that data released was for PPMS, not RMMS, which is what Briumvi treats. For some reason, RMMS data was mysteriously missing.
Whoever is truly interested in acquiring $TGTX probably knows if Subq is going to pan out. Given Briumvi IV is already on the market and doing well, it's hard to imagine this going off the rails. It's not like we're waiting to see if it can cure Pancreatic Cancer. So, what's the hold up? Going forward, MW has to be more sensitive to eps. Tell us what you are going to make, what you are going to spend, and call it a day. Give WS something concrete so we don't fall 20% after every earnings report going forward.
$TGTX They report Monday BMO. I expect $160 million in sales & roughly 20 cents in EPS. Hiring sales & marketing folks & running trials is costly so the EPS is huge variable. The stock needs to get off the 200 day line where it closed on Friday....
$TGTX Completes Enrollment in the Phase 3 ENHANCE Trial Evaluating its New Simplified Dosing Schedule for BRIUMVI.
The primary endpoint of this trial is non-inferior exposure with respect to area under the curve (AUC) at wk 16.
$TGTX short interest currently sits at 17.62% of float. $RNA was 16.63% of float before the acquisition announcement on Sunday. Poor shorts. Shorts are going to get wacked here, too. It will be the likes of which you've never seen before.
Fundamentals are strong. Short interest concerns me. Yesterday's short interest report showed an increase of about 100k shares. So, why didn't they cover after ER? Comments from MW that he doesn't care about eps and what appears to be a delay in p2/3 of subq creates some concerns. If we're in this for the long haul, then he needs to start sending shareholders some love.
Stephen Ayers of @SeekingAlpha writes garbage articles about biotech companies with flawed analysis. He doesn't even have a LinkedIn account. Who becomes a nurse and gets an MBA? Who does he really work for? $TGTX $MDGL $APLD $VERV
@DOGE_SEC $auph. Ceo gets voted out but stays for “extraordinary” circumstances. Years of stock price manipulation around option grants. A fake rumor coming from the company’s own PR. The list goes on and on.
$TGTX is another company I have taken a lot of heat for hating for a long time. They make drugs that are only marginally better than already existing generic drugs and then charge full jacked up prices for these me too therapies.
