Yesterday, Jessica Wise joined the Quad as our new Associate Director! Jessica was previously a professor at Wellesley College. She will be managing all education projects the Quad takes on, including the ongoing work one student team started in the Spring. Welcome to the team!

Last semester, 6 mechanisms were identified as things that influence a person’s decision to trust, or not trust, someone or something. This semester, one team studied how the police could implement these mechanisms of trust by engaging the community in focus group discussions.
This semester, the Quad has been working with the Chamber of Commerce to help support Colorado Springs’ entrepreneurial community. The team has been assessing the entrepreneurial landscape and conducting outreach in order to inform entrepreneurial efforts going forward.
