@SIMS_ESS All the school social groups are full of parents complaining they can't get on to access timetables for the start of this year, and most haven't even been able to access their child's reports from last year. There is no point having a parent comms app if parents can't access it.

@SIMS_ESS After multiple issues I used fingerprint access, and then was told I couldn't login because my password was incorrect - I'm pretty sure my fingerprint hasn't changed! Could you please accept there is a problem and indicate how it's being resolved?

@SIMS_ESS Judging by your app reviews, (1 star!) and commonly stated assertion that "it's the worst app ever" the problem is widespread and nothing ever appears to be done to fix it.

@SIMS_ESS You could help support our school by sorting out the constant login problems to the parent app. The admin staff are sick of dealing with irate parents who have been logged out of the system and need accounts re-setting, through no fault of their own.
