I was a key organizer behind the NPP's @NPP_GH victories in 2016 (when the party took power from the NDC under John Mahama) and 2020 (when the NPP retained power against the NDC under John Mahama).

I helped the NPP win the presidency and secured a parliamentary majority with 169 seats, its best parliamentary performance at the time.

DANGME BLOC RALLIES MASSIVELY BEHIND JOHN BOADU; DECLARES HIM THE LEADER TO UNITE AND WIN FOR NPP

The political tide within the Dangme Bloc of the Greater Accra Region has shifted decisively in favour of John Boadu as executives and party faithfuls from the five constituencies in Ada, Sege, Ningo-Prampram, Kpone-Katamanso, and Shai-Osudoku overwhelmingly endorsed his bid for National Chairman.

The engagement, hosted by the Greater Accra Regional Chairman, Hon. Divine Agorhom, was not merely a meeting, it was a bold declaration of confidence in a man widely acknowledged as the tested, trusted, and transformational leader the NPP needs at this critical moment.

Speaker after speaker delivered one unmistakable message: John Boadu remains the most experienced, competent, and unifying force capable of rebuilding the party, restoring its winning machinery, and leading the NPP back to power in 2028.

Senior statesmen of the party, including Former Managing Director of GIHOC , Mr. Kofi Jumah; former Head of Local Government Service,Dr. Nana Ato Arthur; Former Bono East Regional Minister, Hon. Adu Gyan; Mr. Mahmoud Mahama, former Upper East Regional Organizer; Dr. Kwame Agyemang Budu, former Managing Director of Electricity Company of Ghana; Jennifer Oforiwaa Queen, Deputy National Communication Director of NPP; Mr. Emmanuel Attafuah, Former Director of External Affairs; and former Western Regional Secretary, Charles Bissue, passionately endorsed Mr. Boadu, describing him as a bridge-builder, strategist, and proven election winner whose leadership transcends factional lines and inspires confidence across all camps within the party.

The presence and endorsement of key party stalwarts across the country further reinforced the growing national consensus that the NPP’s path to unity and victory begins with John Boadu.

When Mr. Boadu addressed the gathering in both Ga and English, he captivated the audience with his profound understanding of the party’s history, his unmatched grasp of constituency dynamics, and his practical roadmap for recapturing lost seats and expanding the NPP’s electoral fortunes in 2028.

His emphatic assurance to delegates “I will protect, preserve and produce your votes from the polling station to final declaration. Your votes will no longer be stolen ”, ignited the gathering and drew repeated standing ovations.

The overwhelming response from constituency executives was unequivocal: the Dangme Bloc is united, mobilized, and fully committed to delivering an emphatic victory for John Boadu in September.

My team and I spearheaded the establishment of the Party’s ideological school by studying successful international models. He engaged the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) in Germany and also studied the Chinese party school system to benchmark global best practices. These initiatives laid the foundation for structured ideological training and institutional development within the NPP.

Kudos to the current administration for a successful implementation.

History has consistently demonstrated that political parties achieve their greatest victories when there is genuine harmony between the Flagbearer and a competent, experienced Chairman united by a common purpose. Where trust, respect, and strategic coordination exist, success follows. However, when unity is reduced to mere optics and false pretenses, internal friction emerges, weakening the party’s foundation and often paving the way for defeat. True victory is built not on appearances, but on authentic collaboration, competence, and shared commitment to the cause.

With an experienced John Boadu as National Chairman and a competent Dr. Alhaji Bawumia as flagbearer, NPP shall win the 2028 Elections by the Grace of God.
