🚨 City of Katy has halted fiber installs 🚨

Because of contractors damaging infrastructure, the city banned fiber work until further notice.

Yet, Fidium still charges me for unsafe, low-hanging wires!

📌 Regulations Violated:

According to Texas law, fiber optic cables must be buried at least 6 inches underground for safety.

Fidium’s contractors ignored this rule, creating hazards for me & my community.

❌ Dangling low, stopping my landscaping for a year
