As a Guest Editor for @JoVEJournal, I am organizing a Topical Collection with @QBio_Eng_lab . Interested in contributing? Please submit an abstract here: https://t.co/NXuDEk19v1
Btw I tried Claude, which couldn’t find this one on its own. Spotting known data irregularities would probably make for a nice tough benchmark for logic & vision systems…

Delighted to share our preprint on the first steps toward understanding the properties of engineered LOV2 (MagLOV) proteins for enhanced quantum sensing.
Always an enjoyable collaboration with co-corresponding author Luca Gerhards.

Our spin polarization session at Pacifichem has finished with a great success! We, Dave, Marty, Yasuhiro, and l, appreciate all the speakers for giving wonderful talks, and all the sponsors for their great support. We had a lot of good discussions and hope to see you all soon!

It was an honour to receive The Society of Electron Spin Science and Technology (SEST) Young Investigator Award (SEST奨励賞) at the 64th SEST Annual Meeting in Kiryu, Japan.
My spin chemistry tutorials are now online, which can be accessed here: https://t.co/nrbKViTnti
The tutorials teach the basics of spin chemistry with interactive coding (widgets) using our software RadicalPy. Use them in your browser by clicking the Google Colab button. Enjoy!
Our first paper with the JST ASPIRE collaboration! By applying tensor networks to radical pair spin dynamics, we were able to explicitly simulate systems with up to 60 nuclear spins.

It was a delight and honour to present as a keynote speaker at the G-Quantum Bio Summit 2025 (G-Quantum Bio Summit 2025 https://t.co/gpMTFcUMGV). It was also great to see friends and meet new people in this field.
New updates to our quantum spin dynamics software RadicalPy!
New features include, RYDMR, OMFE, ODMR, EPR, OOP-ESEEM experiments and molecule/HFC viewers.
civilization’s amnesia loop:
1. notice a problem
2. invent a fix
3. turn the fix into tradition
4. forget what it was fixing
5. toss the tradition aside
6. rediscover the problem
