@YVCN69 it didn't change the roadmap, but it exposed an edge case i hadn't considered. Initially, recording depended on the host, but now i'm rethinking it so a host's network failure doesn't interrupt recording and transcription for everyone else.
One thing I love about building in public is the feedback.
I shared VidMeet yesterday and got feedback that exposed flaws in my recording feature I hadn't considered.
Sometimes, you don't know what you're missing until someone asks the right question.
#BuildInPublic#NextJS
Started building a full video meeting app today to master Next.js.
Host-only recording + transcription, real-time chat, custom auth.
Stack: Next.js + TS + Tailwind + Postgres + WebRTC
First day: clean landing page with proper componentization.

For those who have recently followed me and want to approach trading professionally:
Two books I consistently recommend as foundational reading, one for mindset, one for execution.
The Psychology of Money - Morgan Housel
This book builds the mental framework required for long term success: understanding risk, patience, probabilistic thinking, and emotional control. Trading is less about intelligence and more about behavior, this book helps you develop the discipline to survive and compound over time.
Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets - John J. Murphy
A cornerstone of technical analysis. It teaches you how to read market structure, trends, momentum, and price behavior, the practical tools needed to identify setups, manage risk, and systematically build capital through trading.
Together, these two books cover the core pillars of trading:
mindset + technical execution
If you’re serious about getting better, this is where the work starts.
Worked on a landing page for RCCG and got told the design looked “too AI-like.”
We stood by our vision, presented it to the client, and they approved it.
Sometimes, you don't lower your standards, you just let the right people see the work.
Final touches underway.
