@marcus_uk No interest added a as yet. Opened account 5th Feb and as of 7.36pm on 5th March no interest paid yet. Your site states interest is paid monthly on anniversary to which account was opened. So 5th of each month, yet no interest has appeared in my online savings account.

@OctopusEnergy Morning Octopus. Happy new year ๐. Right onto my issue, I've been communicating via email and X to get some harscore answers. I sent DM two days ago. Heard nothing since. The agents emailing me say something different to what I get here. Help guys
@OctopusEnergy I've replied. Not happy with response at all. There's fault with YOUR meter and estimated gas bills SHOULDN'T be generated until issue resolved. If the fault was with me I understand, but it's not. It lies with your meter, your responsible for it. Please escalate this situation
