@gtbank_help @OPay_NG How can you confirm that an ATM transaction“received value”when the ATM DID NOT dispense my ₦20,000? I was debited,later refunded by OPay,and now the ₦20,000 has been taken again because GTBank reportedly says the transaction was successful.I NEED MY MONEY

Dear @OPay_NG am tired of this back and forth you guys are doing I was debited of an ATM transaction since 4th august I got a reversal on Thursday last week and today 25th am getting a debit for the transaction that was refunded what's happening I didn't get value for my money

3 ATM withdrawals:
₦20k — no cash.
₦15k — no cash.
₦20k — cash received.

Why is OPay saying I got value for the first ₦35k? I DID NOT. The third ₦20k is the only cash I received. Please investigate the actual ATM records

‘We’re like a family’ is often a red flag.

Families don’t usually do performance reviews, salary negotiations, or terminations.

Better: ‘We’re a high-trust, high-accountability team.’

On Aug 4, 2026 at 7:23AM, I was debited ₦35,000 (₦20k + ₦15k) from my OPay account, but the ATM dispensed NO CASH.
I’ve called, lodged complaints and followed up for over a week. All I get is “it has been escalated.”

Please help!
