If DeSantis is “leaving without many friends” after he’s been the greatest Republican governor in the country for 8 years, one has to ask the question: why would he want those “friends”? The GOP doesn’t represent conservatives anymore. It represents its own interests.

The answer of course is one of power. DeSantis cannot advance in the GOP without certain concessions, and it appears conceding his values to Trump and Susie’s vision for Florida is a large part of the price tag.

I only respect him more for not giving into their bull.

The sum of TE Rick Appleton’s deposition seems to come down to his offending the Longhouse™ by preaching against feminism & sins particular to women. The rest is window dressing.

Rick seems to have really ruffled Lisa Boelcke’s feathers, the “Women’s Ministry Coordinator” at Providence PCA (Robinson Twp, PA), as she submitted multiple letters which made it into evidence & served as a witness for the persecution.

Ok, now this is odd. If there was even a chance of a false positive, why announce?
