As of today it has come to my attention that my accusations towards @priceline were wrong. I want to apologize for my quick and dirty response to this situation. I was not provided all the details as I initially thought, and I accept responsibility for my poor actions.
@priceline “it’s an authorization it will fall off in 5 days” except the charge is from April…so much for 5 days! “Please send proof” I’ve sent proof over 10 times today alone not to mention the email sent 2 days ago with proof! Tell me again how customers are important
I’m signing off for the day, but before I do, @priceline customer care lacks comprehension skills and cannot seem to understand the difference between pending and posted charges. Nor do they take accountability. Instead they pass the buck, because they don’t understand 2+2=4.
@priceline I don’t think you do. If you did understand there would already be a solution and refund. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to fix an obvious mistake on your end
@priceline now I have someone named Warren calling me telling me to download remitely and select Kenya as my country for you all to process a refund. So now ya’ll are scamming. You can go ahead and consider yourself black listed. You’ve had your chance
@HarrisonWi39 Am I sending you a DM or Priceline? I have already attempted to go about this in direct messages with Priceline and Eric told me I had to call the same department again
@priceline I bet you’d sing a different tune if you end up blacklisted for military personnel. Now let’s start the conversation with my attorney and commander
@priceline now your solution per DM is for me to contact the same department that just sent me around the world and told me to ask my bank about why you charged me so much? Again, how does that make sense? American Forces travel is meant to be an asset to veterans
@priceline I booked a vacation package to include flight and hotel for $2935.44, yet I was charged $3261.28 in 3 separate transactions and your solution is for me to ask my financial institution why YOU charged me so much? How does that make any sense?
@priceline asked me to dm them to rectify the situation, yet turned right back around and told me to call the same genius department that I’ve been fighting with for the last hour and half. Let’s continue the conversation in public! @priceline
To my followers, don’t book through @priceline if you don’t want to be overcharged, lied to and ran around from person to person with no solution. As a USAF retired vet, I should feel secure in booking through a “military” travel site, yet here we are.
@priceline and while we are here you have agents telling different stories to customers. Supervisors lying. I am very understanding until you steal from me. I will blast you all over social media until it’s resolved.
@priceline get customer service reps and supervisors that can do basic math! Someone better fix these erroneous charges TODAY or you will be hearing from my attorney.
@HiltonHotels@HiltonHonors it be nice to speak to someone who can do their job! There is absolutely no reason I should keep being told there are no supervisors or higher ups every time I call customer service. CHECK ME OUT AND REFUND MY MONEY TODAY!!!!
@HiltonHotels@HiltonHonors I’d like to know why a brand new Hilton hotel’s lobby smells like rotted fruit, why my room wasn’t properly cleaned when I checked in, and why I’m on day 3 of my stay, without a remote to my tv. All I keep hearing is apologies and excuses.
It’s been 10 days since @Optum said someone would call me within 24 hours. I guess the @DeptVetAffairs has an equal match as their insurance provider. They don’t keep their word either. Shocking
@DeptVetAffairs@hamptonvamc your community care department should have a streamline of responses. How do you tell a veteran that they can call back 7/24 and have their referral pushed through only to not push it through? Again, well over 30 days in waiting.
