Next of Kin can be any blood relation that is notified of your death. An emergency contact.

Beneficiary is who gets what. (Still subject to letter of administration etc)

I think you’re conflating issues here.

She did not speak to whether any specific allegation was true or false. The tweet was simply “stop raping women,” and that rapists should be castrated.

That was not an inquest into the veracity of the particular claim at hand. It was a general statement in response to the recent happenings. At no point did the tweet “call for punishment for an unverified allegation” like you’re suggesting. It was an emotional outburst advocating punishment for anyone found guilty of rape.

Introducing “but what about false accusers?” in response to someone saying “stop raping women” is not only disingenuous, it is an intentional attempt to dilute and whitewash the weight of what is being said.

Both rape and false accusations are undeniably terrible. That is not in dispute. But people calling for her head because she tweeted on one issue without simultaneously tweeting on the other is frankly ridiculous.

I can choose to speak about false rape accusations ALONE today. Tomorrow, I can choose to advocate for rape victims ALONE. Neither choice invalidates the other. Forcing one conversation into the other is an attempt to weaken the impact of the discussion at hand.

Raising a separate issue precisely when attention is being paid to one is intentional, unfair and dismissive.
