I have been on this chat thread for 2 hours now. Still not close to having the issue resolved. And this isn't the first conversation I have had with them!
Soooo frustrating dealing with @amazon@AmazonHelp and their support chat. As soon as it gets difficult the associate conveniently "has a technical issue" and I start the conversation again with a new person. 4th associate now. Many repeated explanations. So poor!
@CodeSignCert I have an outstanding order that is not progressing and have not received an answer to my support request. Can I please get some action or refund for my order!

It doesn't need to be a debate. Just explain where and why he is wrong. Maybe you're right, but running to the corner makes you look wrong either way.

@RandPaul can you provide an update on the bill to lift the mandate on unvaccinated visitors? Is the mandate that is due to expire on April 11 likely to be renewed? Thx!
