@remi_guyot Performance is better predict by self efficacy beliefs rather than skills, psychology says. Achievements of short term goals counting -wich reinforce perceived self efficacy- is then a much more efficient way to track long term performance.

@remi_guyot Après très franchement c'est loin d'être une science exacte mais l'écriture est un passage obligé pour moi qui n'ait aucune confiance en ma mémoire. Content que tu te lances dans un travail d'ecriture

@remi_guyot En fait c'est assez mystique mais j'observe que j'ai beaucoup d'idees qui paraissent toutes excellentes sur le coup, mais certaines me restent en tête dans le temps alors que d'autres m'echappent. En général je teste celles qui restent.
