@parcelforce - large parcel collected to be delivered yesterday. Apparently it’s being ‘held’ at the Coventry Depot. Rang the helpline. They couldn’t give any information. When will it be delivered…? Has it been stolen/lost…??!!

@parcelforce are basically allowing drivers do what they want made complaint about parcel just left at door that went missing no knock etc and when making complaint they agreed not supposed to do that got email to day to say that the driver said he delivered correct idiots
@parcelforce Sorry to say but your service is terrible after a week I still don’t have my parcels and was told it would be delivered today but yet I’m still waiting for the delivery wow
