Danielle's Legal Team recently asked the Judge in ADOR Lawsuit to split her case individually from Min Hee-jin & her mother.

They argued that ADOR involved other parties to 'waste everyone's time' and keep other NewJeans members tied & the case would end very quickly if it was just about Danielle as there is no evidence to support their claims. They also argue that this case must end quickly so Danielle can continue her activities as an artist.

The Judge agreed and asked ADOR to clarify why other parties are involved in the first place if it is just a case of 'Breach of Contract'

The Judge also asked ADOR to clarify what claims of "tampering" even mean.
