@Ghostcrawler NetEase's involvement in this just makes me so uneasy. I want this to be an amazing game, but their practices and influence doesn't sit right with me. I feel like it will negatively affect this project.

@virginmedia Can you please explain to me why the previous tenants of the house I just moved into were with Virgin Media on the 1Gig Package, however when I try and get the same, your customer service is telling me someone needs to come dig up the street to lay cables?

@virginmedia They have not. Nothing has changed in the two weeks between the previous tenants moving out and us moving in

@virginmedia and that they never needed an engineer visit in the first place, they just got the self instal kit and it worked straight away. They literally left the property a few weeks ago, so how can the cables no longer be there and need installing from 2 weeks ago to now?
