@TeddyJenner@CondorCares@WestJet When I went in March I had to do everything at the airport. Their social media, hotline and website were all useless. Dealing with them in-person was no issue, just added extra stress to the travel day.

@Condor_America it has been over 2 weeks since I requested a refund for my flight that you cancelled. Do you ever actually respond to customer support tickets? Seems like you are just stealing money from passengers.
still waiting @Condor_America . Our flight was delayed yesterday and one of the results is that all of our luggage was lost. We found that out after waiting for an hour. You’ve now had all day to find the luggage that you said was in Frankfurt and on the way. #fail

manchmal glaube ich, dass Ihr entweder euren Kunden überhaupt nicht helfen WOLLT, oder diese einfach nur für blöd haltet…. oder beides. Aber ok, wenn Ihr nicht wollt, buche ich die 2xC eben bei #Emirates 🤷♂️
