So I am giving clinical updates to my MD on a patient diagnosed with Pneumonia~unspecified ORGANISM. Instead of saying unspecified organism, I said unspecified ORGASM. My MD began choking on his coffee, then started cracking up! Meanwhile, I’m thinking #Fruedianslip? 🤣
