The best confidence training I've ever had?

Forcing myself to go to kickboxing and fail in front of everyone. Learning something new and how to carry yourself when it's hard does wonders.

@ApexSeeker_ Not sure about news in Japan, but news in the US makes it seem like everyone, everywhere, hates everybody else. Of course those people exist, but so many people are just looking to get on with their lives :)

Me trying to explain solo dev hours to people with fixed jobs:

- Start whenever
- Work until I lose focus
- Sometimes nothing gets done
- Sometimes I'm coding at 3am
The schedule is chaos. I love it.

@micheal_ws18 Depends on what you do that week. If I'm out walking around or being active, I generally feel stronger.

If I sit around and eat junk then yes, I feel like all progress is gone.
