Cider-Braised Pork with Apples & Onions 🍎🧅🍂

Tonight’s recipe straight from Quill’s recipe book 🪶 Tender pork, sweet cider, caramelized onions, herbs & apples all slowly braised into one ridiculously cozy dinner.

Little Quill tips:
🍎 Bosc, Honeycrisp, Pink Lady or Braeburn hold their shape well
🍎 Add the apples near the end so they don’t turn to mush
🍯 If the sauce is thin, simmer it uncovered for 5–10 minutes before finishing with butter
😂 And yes, sweet apple cider, NOT apple cider vinegar
