BREAKING: President Trump says he has Iran "on the ropes, ready to go down for the fall" and the "US Senate decides to have a poorly timed and meaningless War Powers Act vote."
Iranian officials said they have no plans to allow international inspections of their country’s damaged nuclear facilities, just a day after Vice President JD Vance said Iran had agreed to allow such inspections. https://t.co/ceq7Hga5R3
The American pilot of a U.S. Air Force F-15E Strike Eagle that was shot down over Iran in April, requiring a high-risk rescue mission by special forces, described a shocking sight before ejecting from his aircraft: multiple Iranian drones hovering in the air, moving as one, in a formation that resembled a jellyfish, four sources familiar with the matter have told CNN.
“Multiple drones interconnected and moving as one with smaller drones below the bigger drones like legs,” one of the sources familiar with the pilot’s witness account told CNN. “Real alien sh*t.” Another source said that the pilot described witnessing a “minefield of drones” in the air prior to being downed over Iran. The pilot’s account immediately set off a firestorm of debate that has yet to be resolved within the U.S. Intelligence Community.
The U.S. Senate voted 50-48 to pass a concurrent resolution to limit U.S. President Donald J. Trump’s ability to resume combat operations against Iran. Four Senate Republicans voted in favor of the resolution, Susan Collins, Bill Cassidy, Lisa Murkowski, and Rand Paul. However, the measure, under the 1973 War Powers Act, is seen by some as more symbolic due to the lacking built in mechanisms to ensure the Executive Branch’s compliance with the resolution and the current ceasefire tenuously holding.
JUST IN: The Senate has adopted a House-passed Iran war powers resolution by a 50-48 vote in a symbolic, yet rare, rebuke of President Trump. https://t.co/Ds7XP7ulHV
The U.S. National Parks Service has begun erecting a chain link fence around the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool in Washington, after President Trump accused “Pro-Algae Protesters” of creating algae in and damaging the newly renovated pool, which was originally supposed to be ready for the 4th of July.
Iran says no visit is scheduled for U.N. inspectors to see nuclear sites bombed by the U.S. The comment appears to cut against those made by U.S. Vice President JD Vance, who said talks in Switzerland won an agreement for inspectors to visit the sites. https://t.co/53CwYA8XV3
President Trump insisted again that Iran had agreed to nuclear inspections even after its foreign ministry rejected his claims.
"They're wrong," Trump told reporters Tuesday. “They told us inside and we have it down, 100% inspections" https://t.co/DJEnIPcxfK
@ewarren The ultra-rich already pay more than their fair share in taxes. The rich are working to lower our costs. That's how they got rich. It's government that increases costs. Capitalism built this country. Socialism is destroying it. If you really want to lower costs start a business.
For years, government red tape made it nearly impossible for many homeowners to build what locals call "casitas;" small, self-contained homes built on the same property as your main house. AB 396 is aimed at making it easier.

President Trump is ramping up support for quantum.
Deciding to reduce downstream releases to avoid low elevations upstream is one of the reasons why Lake Mead could be headed for its lowest levels ever. The latest 24-month federal projection shows the reservoir’s water level plunging in 2028 some 29 feet below its lowest level ever recorded.

According to vessel tracking data from https://t.co/Y4QTdcQsH7, the Strait of Hormuz appears to have effectively closed just before 1700 UTC yesterday, with no transits observed after that time. At approximately 1650 UTC, the tanker 'Starbound Explorer' was turned around in Iranian waters before completing its transit and returned to the Persian Gulf. Around the same time, the container ship 'MSC Qingdao', which was exiting via the U.S. established shipping route through Omani waters, reversed course back toward the Persian Gulf before later turning around again and ultimately exiting the Strait.
The intelligence community spied on a presidential campaign. They spied on journalists. They spied on you. And they did it without a warrant, hiding behind FISA 702. No government agency should be able to obtain Americans' private communications without a warrant.
It’s time to reform FISA.
In May, the U.S. government spent $628 billion yet collected just $335 billion in taxes. That means that balancing the budget would require taxes to almost double. Since that won't happen, massive money printing will cover the shortfall, sending consumer prices doubling instead.
