How can they justify 4% increase, when they have decreased the frequency of street cleaning for majority of the borough to once a month, from once a week!

Yesterday’s CPZ meeting in the Upney Baptist Church. Very good turnout and a lot of resident voiced their concerns. The @lbbdcouncil have said residents will have the final say so please don’t forget to have your say during the consultation period !
