@smooyacs Same time every night. As you age, your sleep quality will get worse. Don’t eat 3 hours before sleep, no caffeine after lunch if you can. If you have to consume, earlier the better. No alcohol before bed. As you get older, you will have to engage more strictness to maintain sleep
