Whatever we do as Muslims, we must evaluate our deeds regularly and ask ourselves if we are truly living for Allah as the ordained. We should also ask ourselves what could be our final abode if death takes us from here now. In view of that, we must always live a worthy life.

The death of righteous believer is a passage to eternal bliss while the death of the unrighteous is passage to eternal damnation. While the former would have his soul placed in the Barzakh above, enjoying the breeze from Jannah, the later will be feeling the heat of Jahannam.

Those who lived promoting evils and disbelief shall regret ever living and wish that they never lived. Unfortunately, their regrets will not be able to save them from the eternal punishment prepared for disbelievers, tyrants and others who followed their paths.

The true meaning of living is to live a life with full submission to Allah and obedience to Him. Those who lived only for Allah and died propagating the cause of righteousness and humanity are the ones who truly lived.
