@_Somtochi For small sided games, you need higher individual accountability, faster pace and more technical demand. For 11 v 11, you need greater tactical complexity, more specialization, harder maro management.
5 v 5 will expose your technical ability faster.
@_Somtochi I’m not a pro yet but I play for my uni, 5 v 5 is demanding more because you need technical precision, speed of thought, constant involvement and creativity in tight spaces.
@boniface_jrn@_Somtochi I’m 11 v 11, you’ll get recovery time because it’s not all the time you receive ball. Recovery varies with your position though but 5 v 5 ehn, you’re always moving because you have no assigned position.
@boniface_jrn@_Somtochi Well said boss man. As a grassroots footballer I’d say small sided games is demanding. You accelerate, decelerate, always on your toes, reading the game, link up plays and all. Lactic acids build up fast in the muscles because you’re attacking and defending at the same time.
@victorosimhen9 This your f50 sharp brotherly❤️would mean a lot if could get one cos I have wide feet🤲size 44 baami❤️hopefully you’ll see this and reply 🤲@victorosimhen9
@edem_daniella@Olawaleonline@AsakyGRN Sure it’s a nice move to take them overseas they deserve it but if you’re wealthy enough you can still take good care of them In Nigeria as well. Regardless both option are 100% ok
Defense in sports is so crucial that it should be the foundation of your strategy even when your goal is to attack freely. As a coach, your priority should be to instill a strong defensive mindset in your athletes.
