इसी के अरेस्ट पर चटुआ गिरोह नाच रहा था कि अमेरिका क्या कहता था… लग रहा था जैसे ट्रम्प को उठा कर दो कनटाप मार दिए मोदी के हाउस गार्ड ने कि साले औकात में रहो। और हुआ क्या?

हुआ यह कि ‘ये नया इंडिया है, कॉकरोच के आगे कुतिया बन जाता है और अमेरिका के साँस लेने पर भी डर कर आतंकियों को बेल दे देता है।’

विपक्ष को ऐसे विषयों पर सरकार को फाड़ कर रख देना चाहिए। उनसे एक पोस्ट नहीं हो पा रहा है। संभवतः, अमेरिका से उन्हें भी डिक्टैट आएगा कि कब क्या बोलना है, तब वो बोलेंगे।

भाजपा वाले क्या बोलेंगे कॉन्ग्रेस को? हर वह चीज जिसका भय दिखाते हैं, भाजपा स्वयं कर रही है। एंडरसन भगाया था कॉन्ग्रेस ने, तुम वैन डाइक को भगा रहे हो, लीगली! आरक्षण बढ़ाने के लिए तुम्हारी सरकारें सुप्रीम कोर्ट में केस लड़ रही हैं। मोदी एक्ट तुम लगा रहे हो।

Krishna Paksha(waning phases of moon) of Bhadrapada month is called Pitru Paksha and Mahalaya Paksha.

Pitru Paksha is the 16 day sacred period of honoring our Pitrus(ancestors). We perform shradh and pitru rituals to pay homage to our ancestors.

During this time, Ancestor’s souls descend from Pitriloka to earth to receive offerings and blessings from their families.

That’s why, It’s important to perform pitru rituals for our ancestors.

​मतभेद शिथिलता नहीं, संस्थाओं की जरूरत है
​चुनाव आयोग (ECI) को निशाना बनाने की विपक्ष की हताश कोशिश संविधान और कानून की कसौटी पर एक बार फिर औंधे मुंह गिरी है।

​• सभी फैसले सर्वसम्मत थे।

​• कानून बिल्कुल स्पष्ट है: चुनाव आयोग से संबंधित कानून की धारा 18 के तहत, बहुमत का निर्णय ही आयोग का संप्रभु और अंतिम फैसला होता है। यहां तक कि 2:1 का परिणाम भी पूरी तरह से वैध और संवैधानिक है।

​• सुप्रीम कोर्ट की नजीर: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दशकों पहले टी.एन. शेषन (1995) मामले में यह स्पष्ट कर दिया था कि एक बहु-सदस्यीय संस्था सामूहिक विचार-विमर्श से काम करती है, और बहुमत का विचार ही पूरी संस्था का विचार होता है। यहां तक कि ऐतिहासिक केशवानंद भारती फैसला भी 6 असहमति मतों के साथ 7:6 के बहुमत से ही आया था।

​• दोगुलापन बेनकाब: संस्थाओं को कुचलने का जिनका अपना इतिहास रहा है—शाह कमीशन द्वारा अयोग्य पाए गए व्यक्तियों को नियुक्त करने से लेकर सेवानिवृत्त मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्तों (CEC) को कैबिनेट मंत्री पद और राज्यसभा सीटें बांटने तक—उनके पास आज हमारे संवैधानिक ढांचे पर सवाल उठाने का कोई नैतिक अधिकार नहीं है।

​आंतरिक विचार-विमर्श और असहमति लोकतंत्र को मजबूत करते हैं; वे किसी शिथिलता का संकेत नहीं हैं। कृत्रिम संकट खड़ा करने की विपक्ष की सोची-समझी साजिश पूरी तरह बेनकाब हो चुकी है।
