So, a week after the problems with @littlecaesars and @DoorDash and I FINALLY get contacted. Not from the promised contact from the Twitter account, but because I filled out the survey that was sent to my email. You REALLY dropped the ball on me @littlecaesars and I won't forget.

Well, the contact I was promised by @littlecaesars on here has not happened. @DoorDash_Help is apparently incapable of taking responsibility for their own failures in this situation. I don't really blame Little Caesars except for making the stupid decision to work with @DoorDash

You know, I tried @littlecaesars delivery last night. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Don't do it, the @DoorDash driver stole my food! I tried calling the number in the app, sat on hold for 20 minutes with no answer. Tried chatting with Door Dash, they took 10 minutes to respond

A quick update about my awful experience with @littlecaesars delivery: They contacted me here on Twitter and have now given me my 3rd promise I'll be contacted by someone. Wonder if it will actually happen?

Policy to move out of the road. Sure, corona is a threat, but so is getting hit by a car by sitting in the middle of the road! Seriously, make this right @littlecaesars and @DoorDash.

To clarify: I spoke with the @DoorDash driver, they went to the wrong location, I drove to where they were, and they refused to move out from the middle of the road to give me my order, then they hung up and drove off, not answering anymore. Apparently it was against company
