சேலம் மாவட்டம் ஓமலூர் அருகேயுள்ள குப்பூரில் அரசு மேல்நிலை மாதிரிப��� பள்ளியில், 12 ஆம் வகுப்பு பயிலும் மாணவர்களுக்கு நீட், ஜே.இ.இ நுழைவுத் தேர்வு பயிற்சி வகுப்புகளை நடத்த குஜராத், ராஜஸ்தான் மாநிலங்களைச் சேர்ந்த 5 பேரை ஆசிரியர்களாக நியமனம் செய்துள்ளது வன்மையான கண்டனத்துக்குரியது.

தமிழ்நாட்டில், தமிழ்நாட்டு மக்களின் வரிப்பணத்தில், தமிழ்நாடு அரசு நடத்தும் பள்ளியில் வடமாநிலத்தை சேர்ந்தவர்களை ஆசிரியர்களாக நியமிக்க வேண்டிய அவசியம் என்ன?

யாருடைய உத்தரவின் பேரில் அரசுப் பள்ளியில் வட மாநிலத்தவர் ஆசிரியர்களாக நியமிக்கப்பட்டனர்?

தமிழ�� தெரியாத வடமாநிலத்தவர்களை ஆசிரியர்களாக நியமித்தால் மாணவர்களுக்குப் புரிதல் குறைபாடு ஏற்பட்டு அவர்களின் கல்வித்திறன் பாதிக்கப்படாதா?

நீட் தேர்வை நடத்தும் பொறுப்பை அமெரிக்காவைச் சேர்ந்த நிறுவனத்திடம் ஒப்படைத்தபோதே நம் நாட்டில் தரமான மருத்துவர்களை உருவாக்க வேண்டுமென்று அமெரிக்க முதலாளிக்கு என்ன அக்கறை இருக்கப்போகிறது? என்ற கேள்வியை நான் எழுப்பினேன். அதைப்போலவே தமிழ்நாட்டு மாணவர்கள் இந்திய அளவிலான போட்டித் தேர்வில் வெல்ல வேண்டும் என்று வடமாநிலத்தவருக்கு என்ன அக்கறை இருக்கப்போகிறது?

��ண்மையில் இப்பள்ளியில் பயின்ற 5 மாணவர்கள் மருத்துவப் படிப்புக்கு தேர்வான நிலையில், அதனைக் கெடுப்பதற்காகவே வட மாநில ஆசிரியர்கள் நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனரா?

வேலையில்லா பட்டதாரிகளுக்கு 4000 ரூபாய் தருவதாகக் கொடுத்த வாக்குறுதியையும் நிறைவேற்றவில்லை இப்பொழுது அவர்களுக்கான வேலைவாய்ப்பையும் சென்னை மாநகரப் போக்குவரத்துக்கழக நடத்துநர்கள் நியமனம் தொடங்கி ஆசிரியர் பணி நியமனம் வ���ை வெளிமாநிலத்தவர்களுக்குக் கொடுத்துப் பறிப்பது என்ன நியாயம்? 

தமிழ்நாட்டில் இத்தகைய தேர்வு பயிற்சிகளை வழங்குவதற்கான அறிவும், திறனும் வாய்ந்த ஆசிரியர் பெருமக்களே இல்லையா? பல இலட்சக்கணக்கான தமிழ் இளைஞர்கள் படித்துப் பட்டம் பெற்று, பல ஆண்டுகளாக வேலையின்றி வீதியில் போராடிக் கொண்டிருக்கும்போது, வட மாநிலத்தவரை தமிழ்நாட்டில்  ஆசிரியர்களாக நியமிப்பது ஏன்?

தூய்மைப்பணியாளர்க���், நடத்துநர்கள், ஆசிரியர்கள் என்று அடுத்தடுத்து அரசுப் பணியிடங்கள் அனைத்துமே தனியார் நிறுவனத்தால் நியமிக்கப்படுவா��்கள் என்றால் அரசுத்துறைகளின் வேலைதான் என்ன? அனைத்துமே தனியார் முதலாளிகள்தான் தீர்மானிப்பார்கள் எனில்,  அரசுக்கு பொதுப்பணி, போக்குவரத்து, உயர்கல்வி, பள்ளிக்கல்வி என்று தனித்தனி துறைகள் எதற்கு? தனித்தனி அமைச்சர்கள் எதற்கு? இது என்ன மாதிரியான மாற்று?

ஏற்கனவே, முதலமைச்சரிடம் முதன்மையாக எந்தத் துறைகளும் இல்லை. அனைத்து முக்கியத் துறைகளும் மற்ற அமைச்சர்களுக்குப் பகிர்ந்தளிக்க��்பட்டுள்ளது. ஒவ்வொரு அமைச்சரும் மூன்று நான்கு முதன்மையான துறைகளை வைத்துள்ளார்கள். எல்லாத் துறைகளையும் அமைச்சர்களிடம் அளித்துவிட்டால் முதலமைச்சரின் வேலை என்ன? ஆய்வு என்ற பெயரில் ரீல்ஸ் வெளியிடுவது மட்டும்தானா?

வேளாண்துறை அமைச்சரிடம் கேள்வி கேட்டால் விளையாட்டுத்துறை அமைச்சர் பதில் சொல்கிறார். போக்குவரத்துத்துறை அமைச்சரிடம் கேள்வி கேட்டால் பொதுப்பணித்துறை அமைச்சர் பத��ல் சொல்கிறார். நீர்வளத்துறைப் பற்றிக் கேள்வி கேட்டால் அறநிலையத்துறை அமைச்சர் பதில் சொல்கிறார். சுற்றுலா குறித்த கேள்விக்குச் சுற்றுச்சூழல் அமைச்சர் பதில் சொல்கிறார். யாருக்கு எந்த அமைச்சகம்? யார் எந்தத்துறையின் அமைச்சர் என்பதே இன்னும் முழுமையாக முறைப்படுத்தப்படவில்லை. இப்போது அமைச்சர்களுக்கும் எந்த வேலை இல்லை என்ற அளவிற்கு, அனைத்து துறைகளின் பணிகளுமே தனியார் நிறுவனம் மூலம் வடமாநிலத்தவரிடம் ஒப்படைக்கப்படுகிறது.

தவெக ஆட்சியில் தமிழ்நாட்டின் பணிநியமனங்கள் அனைத்தும் வடமாநிலத்தவரைக் கொண்டு நிரப்பப்படுவதை, தமிழிளம் தலைமுறைப்பிள்ளைகள் இனியும் வேடிக்கைப்பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருக்கமாட்டார்கள். இத்தகைய கொடுமைகள் தொடர்ந்தால் விரைவில் நாம் தமிழர் கட்சி போராட்டத்தை முன���னெடுக்கும்.
