15 years ago, I made the decision to start an annual father/son trip to #Wrestlemania Week. It wasn't an easy decision. Not because I didn't want to go to Wrestlemania and not because I didn't want to spend time with my son but because it is a ridiculously expensive trip. Plus, I had a couple of businesses to run and a wife and daughter at home and (insert other excuses here). The reality of it was, I was working most of the time and barely spent any quality time with my kids. I knew that they would be grown in the blink of an eye and I would regret it later if I didn't make memories with them now. So I decided to make some sacrifices and began saving. 1 year later, my 8 year old son and I attended our first Wrestlemania together. It was magical!

Today, 14 years later (minus one for COVID), my 22 year old son and I head to Philadelphia to do it all over again. Over the past week, we’ve talked about the 13 consecutive Wrestlemanias that we’ve attended and he described in detail the cities we were in...the places we ate...the hotels we stayed in...the people we met. That's when it hit me how important these trips had been to him. These are memories he'll have the rest of his life. Memories he can share with his kids.

So here is to more Wrestlemania memories from The City Of Brotherly Love. Get ready for the photos. They're coming fast and furious! See you soon, Philly. Here we come.

PS: this photo of my son and I was taken at our first Wrestlemania together. He was SO small, there were almost 72k people there and he did NOT like to stay in one place for very long. To say I was a little worried about him going missing would be an understatement.
