People remember Sam Bankman-Fried for the collapse of $FTX, but very few talk about how incredible his eye for early stage investments was.

Just look at some of the bets he made:

2021 — Anthropic: $500M → $75B valuation
2022 — Robinhood: $648M → $5B stake value
2022 — Genesis Digital: $1.15B → $3B
2022 — SpaceX exposure: $100M → $10B
2022 — Cursor: a mere $200k investment that ultimately became part of a $60B acquisition by $SpaceX

Had he simply stayed patient and avoided blowing up his empire, SBF could very well have been sitting on a fortune approaching $100 billion today.
