@ZeptoNow My order was marked delivered but never received. I reported this via Insta, yet Zepto denied a refund/replacement because this happened twice. After a hostile call, they’ve stopped responding to my DMs. Disappointing treatment of a regular customer. Pls resolve this.

A damaged cake can happen. What defines a brand is how it responds. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability, empathy and ownership throughout this experience has made it one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had with @Bakingo_Online

What is even more disappointing is that your closure email describes this as an “Order Cancellation.” Please don’t rewrite the facts. This was a Delivery Failure, not a cancellation initiated by the customer.
