1. She came to The LOGIC Church on someone's invite.
2. She got so moved, made a video of my pastor, Dr. Flourish Peters preaching. She said she had to harden her heart that she was done with church for good and Pastor Flourish is pushing her and she said she'll never come back to The LOGIC Church.
3. We engaged her. I belong to the follow-up department and a member of my team — Uncle Klint, you might know him as Klint Da' drunk followed up with her. And convinced her to come for midweek service. She honored the invite. During midweek service she was crying non stop.
4. Fast forward to another midweek service, she asked a question. My pastor answered her question and advised her that the reason she's running is because she's running for God's call, that the devil knows if she starts preaching the gospel, she'll be loud (just like she does with her spicy contents). He admonished her to allow the Holy Spirit to transform her.
5. She keeps coming and people accepted her into the community and that made her stay. But she continues with her spicy content. She keeps asking questions and her questions gets answered in love
6. She suffers from “church hurt ” from her previous church and that drove her out of the church
7. She enrolled for LFC and graduated. My pastor advised her to allow God transform her again

This is exactly how Jesus would have handled this. The lady at the well, the alabaster jar lady, the adulterous woman.

We believe in inner transformation not behavior modification.

We allow the gospel to do it's work! We don't assist the holy Spirit.

I'm a living example!

I lost taste for the things of the world just by listening to the gospel. The hyper grace gospel that you people detest so much.

They told me all my sins are forgiven! That I did not do anything to earn salvation and I cannot do anything to lose it! God is totally pleased with me. This made me escape the snares of the devil. I gained total freedom from sin. I did not even know how much I've lost taste for these things until one day I realized.

We trust God for the transformation of Lady Kay! But God is 100% pleased with her already.

However. He the is without sin, should cast the first stone.

As a Pastor, I can tell many of you here have never been deep into discipleship with some of your takes. Someone goes through a class and does really well to win an award and on the day of presentation, the pastor still addresses the contradiction PUBLICLY! Yet, we are still having this conversation.
The brother who does the under bridge church,has shared cases of his members still going back to the street, some even needing to be bailed from jail. None of us here questions his teachings because we understand their peculiarities. What makes this any different?

We really need to be less judgmental. The full transformation is ongoing and if you claim not to see it, think for a moment that you may be questioning the efficacy of the Work of the Holyghost is a person's life. A Christian should be someone of faith,you are persuaded of good things concerning a person.

We all have someone we have been trusting God for their total transformation.
Let's really keep praying for people, as there are those finding their way to God, and there are also those who are losing touch with their faith. Both people need assurance that we will stand by them to full maturity, not scrutinize their every act.

Fellow Nigerians, good morning.

I woke up this morning after my church service with a deeply reflective heart, and despite every constraint, I felt compelled to share these thoughts with you.

Many people do not truly understand the silent pains some of us carry daily—the private struggles, emotional burdens, and quiet battles we face while trying to survive and serve sincerely in difficult circumstances.

We now live in an environment that has become increasingly toxic, where the very system that should protect and create opportunities for decent living often works against the people—a society where intimidation, insecurity, endless scrutiny, and discouragement have become normal.

More painful is when some of those you associate with, believing you would find understanding and solidarity among them, become part of the pressure you face. Some who publicly identify with you privately distance themselves or join in unfair criticism.

We live in a society where humility is mistaken for weakness, respect is seen as a lack of courage, and compassion is treated as foolishness—a system where treating people equally is questioned simply because you refuse to worship status, tribe, class, or power.

Personally, I have never looked down on anyone except to uplift them. I have never used privilege, position, or resources to oppress others, intimidate the weak, or make people feel small. To me, leadership has always been about service, sacrifice, and helping others rise.

Let me state clearly: my decision to leave the ADC is not because our highly respected Chairman, Senator David Mark, treated me badly, nor because my leader and elder brother, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, or any other respected leaders did anything personally wrong to me. I will continue to respect them.

However, the same Nigerian state and its agents that created unnecessary crises and hostility within the Labour Party that forced me to leave now appear to be finding their way into the ADC, with endless court cases, internal battles, suspicion, and division, instead of focusing on deeper national problems and playing politics built more on control and exclusion than on service and nation-building.

Even within spaces where one labours sincerely, one is sometimes treated like an outsider in one’s own home. You and your team become easy targets for every failure, frustration, or misunderstanding, as though honest contribution has become a favour being tolerated rather than appreciated.

And when you choose to leave so that those you are leaving can have peace, and you step out into the cold, you are still maligned and your character is questioned. Despite all your efforts to continue working for a better Nigeria and engaging people with sincerity and goodwill, those who do not wish you well continue to attack your character and question your intentions.

There are moments I ask God in prayer: Why is doing the right thing often misconstrued as wrongdoing in our country? Why is integrity not valued? Why is the prudent management of resources, especially when invested in critical areas like education and healthcare, wrongly labelled as stinginess? Why are humility and obedience to the rule of law often taken to be weakness rather than discipline?

Let me assure all that I am not desperate to be President, Vice President, or Senate President. I am desperate to see a society that can console a mother whose child has been kidnapped or killed while going to school or work. I am desperate to see a Nigeria where people will not live in IDP camps but in their homes. I am desperate for a country where Nigerian citizens do not go to bed hungry, not knowing where their next meal will come from.

Yet, despite everything, I remain resolute. I firmly believe that Nigeria can still become a country with competent leadership based on justice, compassion, and equal opportunity for all.

A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

To win willfully is the Hebrew rejecting the gospel, thus threading under foot the blood that was shed for our sins even though the Hebrew has been set aside (sanctified) for the purpose of salvation.

Read that text again with the explanation i just made, read the entire Hebrews and see how it deals with the unbelief issue of that day.

Eternal salvation is simply the Holy Spirit in us forever, His presence leads us to perpetual walk of holiness and not sins.

He produces godly fruits in us not sinful fruits.

The problem many of you have is, your motivation for living godly lives is fear of hell, threat of losing your salvation, you are slaves that must be beaten with rods before you behave properly.

God wants you to be secured in His love, serving Him because you know His love, you love Him and you want to please Him.

You will never know if you truly love the Lord until you understand eternal salvation.

Whatever you do when you are not threatened with hell is your true desire!

Fear of hell makes many of you think you are godly, but you are not.

The moment fear of hell is taken from you, if you do not feel constrained to serve the Lord because you love Him, you never loved the Lord, you are just a slave bound by fear and threat!

Firstly, you must know I love your perspectives on feminism, order in the home, redefining manhood by catering to your kid, your conversations on family and societal inequalities.

However, I see you are metamorphosing into a Bible apologists who determines doctrinal correctness.

1. You are not a Pastor over a local church, you are not an apostle over ministries, you are a church member in a local church. You speak of orderliness in the home, are you sure you understand orderliness in the church?

Your Pastor has not addressed a matter, you are addressing the matter and reaching conclusions. Do you follow order or you just do as you deem fit?

You have a branch Pastor, your ministry has pastors, you can’t just become judge over other ministry leaders.

2. I saw you take on Pastor @philipolubakin , Pastor Philip is your Pastor’s colleague, they serve in PFN together, if you had something to say on a matter, it makes sense to defer to your pastor before taking on such issues. Social media is free platform but there are implications on earth.

With your self-appointed theological rulership even as a member of a local church, don’t you think you upset relationships between men of God or you may be making attempts at doing so?

3. Would you call out your pastor on matters you feel discontent about? Is that the trend now? To be judge over pastors?

4. For perspective sakes, I once served under my pastor about 18 years ago and I did only as my pastor instructed, I only became a voice on public discourses when I was now an independent Pastor. Do you have any reference of the early church having members who taught their leaders or sat as judges over their doctrines? Doctrinal judgments are decided among leaders who have churches they lead.

5. Lastly, imagine your wife taking on a matter publicly , a matter that you didn’t approve of her to take on, as someone who understands orderliness in the home, would you approve of that? Please consider applying orderliness in church matters also.

My hope is you don’t become so full of yourself soon that you will do a video on your own pastor, God doesn’t endorse disorder! Know your place!!

“We were in Lagos for Christmas. Nkanu had what we first thought was just a cold, but soon turned into a very serious infection and he was admitted to Atlantis hospital.

He was to travel to the US the next day, January 7th, accompanied by Travelling Doctors. A team at Johns Hopkins was waiting to receive him in Baltimore. The Hopkins team had asked for a lumbar puncture test and an MRI. The Nigerian team had also decided to put in a 'central line' (used to administer iv medications) in preparation for Nkanu's flight. Atlantis hospital referred us to Euracare Hospital, which was said to be the best place to have the procedures done.

The morning of the 6th, we left Atlantis hospital for Euracare, Nkanu carried in his father's arms. We were told he would need to be sedated to prevent him from moving during the MRI and the 'central line' procedure.

I was waiting just outside the theater. I saw people, including Dr M, rushing into the theater and immediately knew something had happened.

A short time later, Dr M came out and told me Nkanu had been given too much propofol by the anesthesiologist, had become unresponsive and was quickly resuscitated. But suddenly Nkanu was on a ventilator, he was intubated and placed in the ICU. The next thing I heard was that he had seizures. Cardiac arrest. All these had never happened before. Some hours later, Nkanu was gone

It turns out that Nkanu was NEVER monitored after being given too much propofol. The anesthesiologist had just casually carried Nkanu on his shoulder to the theater, so nobody knows when exactly Nkanu became unresponsive.

How can you sedate a sick child and neglect to monitor him? Later, after the 'central line' procedure, the anesthesiologist casually switched off Nkanu's oxygen and again decided to carry him on his shoulder to the ICU!

The anesthesiologist was CRIMINALLY negligent. He was fatally casual and careless with the precious life of a child. No proper protocol was followed.

We brought in a child who was unwell but stable and scheduled to travel the next day. We came to conduct basic procedures. And suddenly, our beautiful little boy was gone forever. It is like living your worst nightmare. I will never survive the loss of my child.

We have now heard about two previous cases of this same anesthesiologist overdosing children. Why did Euracare allow him to keep working? This must never happen to another child”.

Every time this MP speaks on healthcare, it’s the same pattern- blame immigrants!

So let’s start with the basics.

1. No foreign nurse “barely speaking English” can work in the NHS. To even begin the process, you must pass IELTS/OET with some of the highest language standards in the world, sit the UK’s own CBT exam, verify your licence from your home country, and still pass the OSCE after arrival.

These are your rules and we meet them.

If after all that you still think immigrants “can’t speak English,” then the issue is not competence, it’s the bias in your mind.
Raise the requirement to IELTS 8.5 if you like; people will still meet it, and you still won’t consider them “good enough” because the problem is not the score, it’s your perception.

2. You called foreign staff “potentially unqualified and incapable.” Based on what?

Where is the data?

Immigrants make up a massive percentage of the NHS workforce. If we were “incapable,” the outcomes, mortality rates, and safety records would show it but they don’t.

What you have is not a fact, it's just a convenient political narrative.

3. You asked why the UK “relies on foreign labour,” The answer is simple - it is cheap labour.

Every visa category requires a minimum salary of £ 41,000, except for the Health and Care visa, which is set at around £25k.

For a registered professional with people’s lives in their hands, in this economy, that is exploitation, not generosity.

British doctors are striking.
British nurses are leaving.
British student midwives are graduating into unemployment. And instead of addressing poor pay, unsafe staffing, and a system everyone is running away from, you turn immigrants into the scapegoats.

4. You also speak as if UK-trained staff are automatically superior. Let’s be honest. Even the three- or four-year nursing route or UK two-year fast-track nursing programmes, nurse associate routes, and the watered-down training pathways cannot be compared to the depth, rigour, and technical foundation of Nigerian nursing education.

I can only speak for Nigeria because that’s the system I trained in. Five years of university-level nursing science, one year of internship, and one year of national service. Strong anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, community health, and clinical practice. Nigerians go through hell and high water to qualify.

To have someone call such people ���unqualified” is absolute nonsense!

And this is exactly why your rhetoric is dangerous. You refuse to acknowledge how much immigrant nurses actually contribute. You refuse to admit the NHS would collapse without them.

You refuse to face the fact that the real problem is your government starving the system of funding, good pay, and proper workforce planning.

Instead, you attack the very people keeping your health service alive.

The real issues are unsafe staffing, chronically underfunded hospitals, pay that cannot match the cost of living, outdated workforce planning, and policies that make healthcare unattractive to the very British workers you claim are being pushed aside.

But instead of addressing any of that, you always attack the people who keep the system running.

And yes, honourable MP, calling this out is addressing racism. When you imply an entire group of people is inherently less competent or less capable despite passing the exact standards your own institutions created, that is prejudice.

If you wanted a conversation about improving standards, we could have one. But this generalised, sweeping condemnation of foreign staff is not healthcare reform, it’s political theatre. Stop the theatrics please.

Immigrants didn’t break the NHS.
We are the reason it’s still standing.
