I'm 50 too. Only thing I take is seroquel for sleep. Doctor started me when I was 20. I tried to stop. Didn't sleep for a week, and it was torture. I have no option but to continue and that's the sad point of pharmaceuticals. Pharma becomes are dealers for drugs we never needed but can't stop taking.
