On behalf of all CAs of India, I apologise to the nation for this stupid tweet 🙏🏻🙏🏻
There is a concept of Marginal Tax relief which kicks in at 12.76 lakhs.
Your tax will be Rs 1040, not Rs 74,276.
Reports of booth capturing, snatching of ballots, and other irregularities have been received from UP and Bihar during yesterday’s MLC elections. Electronic voting machines (EVM) were not issued in this election. Voters, mostly graduates and teachers, had to stamp the ballot paper and stuff it inside the ballot box.
Those who have been demanding nationwide elections through ballot papers, must have seen visuals of how booths were captured and ballots looted yesterday. However, this was on a scale much low compared to the dark days of Eighties and Nineties.
I covered several elections in UP and Bihar as a reporter. I was witness to scenes of 10 to 12 gunmen coming in vehicles, firing in the air to scare away the voters. The polling staff and lathi-carrying policemen used to hide in other rooms.
Gunmen used to snatch away ballots, merrily stamp them and stuff those ballots inside boxes. Polling used to be over within an hour. Voters waiting outside were told that polling is over.
There were no TV cameras at that time, nor did people have mobile phone cameras to record these acts. Hence, it was very difficult to collect “evidence”. Occasionally, some newspaper camerapersons used to take pictures, and when newspapers published them, there used to be a big hullabaloo. Repolling was held in such booths.
For the generation who have only seen the age of EVMs, they can hardly imagine how gangsters used to loot votes in those dark days. Such acts of booth capturing led to the rise of gangsters, mafia and hooligans in Indian politics. Later, gangsters themselves fought elections.
Thirty years ago, when EVMs were introduced in elections, the influence of ‘vote mafia’ gradually waned. Today, those who are demanding the return of ballot papers, must realize they will be taking the country back to that dangerous era which still gives goosebumps.
ASG blasts the cockroaches in the HC during the Neha Bora case:
Regime change in a democracy will happen through votes, not through LUMPEN ELEMENTS congregating in the nerve of new delhi, trying to hold the government and the system hostage.🔥
Jagriti Mishra runs an animal shelter and NGO in Delhi. While she was constructing a gaushala on her land, Manish Shishidia’s gundas and corrupt MCD officials arrived without notice and demolished the under-construction building because she refused to bribe the local parshad.
Do you know why we are without power? Inefficient and incompetent sarkari mulazims are protesting against privatisation, and in the process, showing why we need privatisation!
I am happy to live without power for a few days if it helps get rid of these freeloaders

The CJP Leader said "We were exposing Congress and BJP Govt through "School Tikh Karo" campaign, People were supporting us, if we would have been arrested for this campaign, we would have got the support of GenZ and also neutral people.
But you wanted to challenge Rahul Gandhi and pushed us to protest against Gyanesh Kumar leaving school tikh Karo campaign in the middle
We got picked up by Delhi Police and no one stood with us.
Rahul is enjoying in Foreign countries, You are enjoying in Seeshmahal and we had to spend nights in Jail"

Saurav Das could not name his own father or give his address in court. His lawyers also had no clue. Some say Nepali father. Some say son of some politician. But he must be holding Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID and PAN all in his name. If father and address are unknown, on what basis were these documents issued? How does a man with no roots get paper identity?

Delhi High Court sharply questions CJP leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka during their custody hearing
Court noted that Das is 27 and Ranka is 32, before raising broader questions about their organisation and protest activities
HC observed that CJP had earlier mobilised students and children during July protests, but its cause has since changed while the organisation and its leaders remain the same
“Who are you? What does your association stand for? What is its purpose?” the court questioned, stressing the importance of these issues when public peace is at stake
The court also questioned why the leaders returned to Jantar Mantar after its de-notification, breached barricades despite furnishing a peace bond, and approached the High Court instead of pursuing a revision remedy
Their lawyer argued that the continued custody was legally unsustainable and that fresh sureties had not been properly considered
France has FREE health care, paid parental leave, paid family leave, FREE child care, FREE preschool, 5 weeks paid vacation, a 35 hour work week, generous unemployment and housing benefits, and heavily subsidized higher education.
Everything the left says they want AND THEY'RE STILL PROTESTING AND BURNING SHIT DOWN.
Good to see people in power like Marco Rubio clearly speaking out against hate against Indian and making it clear that such acts should never be encouraged or excused.
