A5: My vision for myself is finding a good work balance. I find myself sinking hours and hours into planning when it's not necessary to meet students' wants and needs. Let me do what needs to be done! #langchat

A4: My vision is 'serving student needs and wants.' I didn't ask students why they were taking my class last year, and it threw me off balance the whole year. Instruction should be informed not only by what we think they need but what they want too! #langchat

A2: I wouldn't say gettng rid of, but I've definitely adjusted how my students introduce themselves in French to account for people who may not want to out themselves. It's open if they want to share their gender, but not necessary for the activity. #langchat
