@MollyyWit2Ys @domiono @AlmightyFlashh It’s rly diff for everyone but often a trauma response is an adaption that we learned earlier in our lives to stay safe. For ex) someone’s needs could have been neglected by 1 or both parents so they learned to suppress their needs and that gets carried into adulthood.

Nobody likes rejection, but if you have a fear of rejection that prevents you from speaking up for yourself, that could likely stem from an old unconscious emotional wound from earlier on in your life.
