@supertanskiii@AntiRacismDay After days of sadness and despair At the rioting thugs carnage it's a beautiful site to see so much unity and peace in these English towns and cities, THIS IS THE REAL BRITAIN. MUSK KNOW THAT.
Can I interest you in a little hope?
Cried tears of hope and pride seeing the footage tonight. I hope those terrified in asylum hotels can see all the people that support them and our human rights lawyers.
Well done @AntiRacismDay
Fuck the far right. THIS is who we are 🇬🇧
Brendan, a carer, found his car burnt out by the far right after a long 12 hour shift looking after vulnerable people who need help.
He saved up for that car.
I was going to set up a crowdfund, to help, then I discovered…
"I really want you to focus on the fact that there are children today, alive, because of what you did yesterday"
Keir Starmer thanks the emergency service workers who responded to the Southport stabbings
Thank you to all of our emergency service workers 🙏
Imagine using the senseless slaughter of children as an excuse to go and have a fight, throw bricks at a mosque and set light to people’s cars. I hope these cunts get several years behind bars.
URGENT! Pls share. The last chance to register to vote in the General Election is 11.59pm tomorrow Tue 18 June. Potentially 8m aren't registered at their current address. Here's 4 key facts...
1) You can do it online here https://t.co/i4FhJoAXfK
2) It's good for your finances. Not being on electoral roll can make it more difficult to be accepted for credit products like bank accounts or mortgages.
3) You can opt out of the 'Open Register' (which allows your info to be sold on) which will stop you getting junk mail marketing )
4) You'll need ID when you do vote (not to register) if you don't have it, you can get it free until Wed 26 June https://t.co/9bfL3hw3CV
Ian Hislop, "He's just pure Trump isn't he.. Farage's one policy is that we're having net zero immigration.. The first time he's asked about it in an interview and they ask him should we have the following skilled workers in. He says, yes we'll have them.. We'll have them.. We'll have them.. 600,000.. So that's not zero, is it"
Alex Horne, "Well Carol will be able to tell you that"
Carol Vorderman, "It's low than if it were higher" #HIGNFY
I don’t speak of this often but listening to Nigel Farage in tonight’s debate I must.
My dad was an immigrant. From the moment he arrived in this country he worked hard every day in labouring jobs. My most vivid recollection is of his tired & weary eyes and oil stained overalls when he came home after a 12 hour factory shift. Even then he was able to raise a smile for us. He was kind & gentle & loved my mum with passion. He raised a family of 4 & instilled in each of us a fierce sense of right & wrong & love of country. His proudest day was when he became a British citizen. I recall him with love & affection & pride & carry the lessons he taught me in my heart every day. If it were not for my dad I would not be a lawyer today & in his memory I work hard everyday to make a difference for as many as I can. Immigration is a beautiful thing & don’t let charlatans like Farage tell you otherwise ❤️
