If granted agreement at Bloomsburg to race again , I HOPE THE FAIR BOARD MAKES CHANGES and hires promoter Bob Miller or uses him for proper consultation to get them back on the right track --he has more experience than most promoters in the country.

If Bloomsburg had got off to the right start all this may not happened to a great facility, I PRAY THINGS WORK OUT FOR THEM, as we can't afford to lose another great racing venue.
