This is repetitious. The USA is one of the few countries that allows foreigners to freely buy land. Most other countries either completely prohibit foreign purchase or have a labyrinth of restrictions and/or special conditions.
Since fairness and reciprocity is the political philosophy of the Trump administration, no land should be sold to countries that don't allow foreign purchase in their countries.
